Base:  8oz Macadamia, Coconut or  Almond Milk.   Scoop of Plant base protein

Additions: Maca, matcha, vital proteins collagen, turmeric, cinnamon, brain octane.

Fruit: 8-10 frozen blueberries or half of banana 

Toppings: granola, honey, and bee pollen
