Join Yoga Instructor, Meaghan Sanchez and myself for SHIFT: Yoga & Meditation Against Addiction. We teamed up with Rage Against Addiction for a yoga and meditation class on the rooftop at Black Eyed Suzie's in Bel Air. With the herion opiate epidemic in Harford County, we wanted to shift the mind set of taking care of your mind and body.
The class will be 75-minutes with majority of the proceeds going to Rage Against Addiction. #ShiftHC

This event is for John's Hopkins Business students.
Design Your Life Meditation 1.5 allows you to expand on your meditation practice from the Design Your Life Meditaiton Workshop. We get deeper into finding a practice that suits you, application, homework assignments, and a one on one meditation practice with Jason. This is done is a small group environment with only five people.

No, this is for anyone who has a meditation practice or wants to start a meditation practice.
2. What if I can't make one of the sessions?
We'll have one make up session.
I'll be kicking off Pilates Barre classes at Sanctuary Bodyworks in Fells Point.
