Classic Barre at M.Power Yoga

M·Power Classic Barre combines the stretching and toning of Yoga, the core work of Pilates, and the strengthening principles of Ballet. A low impact class that uses props ranging from hand weights to stability balls to add challenge, Classic Barre is sure to tone your muscles and firm your body! Move mindfully, all the while building coordination, strength, and self-awareness. M·Power Classic Barre combines movement with fun music in a way that leaves you wanting to come back for more. You'll notice the benefits of this challenging workout even after your first class. This class is an all levels class, beginners are always welcome.

60-minute group fitness class that incorporates pilates, weights, interval, and flexibility training. This class will cover it all and be a little different each week. Join any time!
